  • In case of any complaint, you have to notify us within 1 hour after the completion of decoration.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your order before 24 hours from the time of Decoration Delivery, the 80% amount will be refunded.
  • If You Cancel your order before 6 hours to 24 hours from the time of Decoration Delivery, a 50% amount will be refunded.
  • Less than 6 hours before the time of Decoration Delivery: No Refund on Cancellation.
  • No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentine's Week, 12th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December, and 1st January, or any other special days for Special Packages.
  • In the event of a Rain/Hailstorm or Any other demonstration of God, Only Reschedule will be engaged and No Cancellation will be finished. Transitory item(s) won't be discounted/dropped/rescheduled.
  • It takes 7-10 working days for a refund for the original payment method and 24 hr for the Celebration Management wallet.
