Cancellation Policy

* If you cancel your order before 24 hours from the time of Decoration Delivery, the 80% amount will be refunded.
* If You Cancel your order before 6 hours to 24 hours from the time of Decoration Delivery, a 50% amount will be refunded.
* Less than 6 hours before the time of Decoration Delivery: No Refund on Cancellation.
* No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines's Week, 12th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December, and 1st January, or any other special days for Special Packages.
* In the event of a Rain/Hailstorm or Any other demonstration of God, Only Rescheduling will be engaged and No Cancellation will be finished. Transitory item(s) won't be discounted/dropped/rescheduled.
* It takes 7-10 working days in a refund for the original payment method and 24 hr for the Celebration Management wallet.
