The pictures have shown here are of the original setup and the same would be done at your place.
The time you select is the Completion Time (the time by which you want the decorations to be completed).
Your Personal Details will be taken to process your order.
You have to provide a stool or Ladder to the Decorator to place Balloons on the ceiling.
In case of any complaint, you have to notify us within 1 hour after the completion of decoration.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your order before 24 hours from the time of Decoration Delivery, the 80% amount will be refunded.
If You Cancel your order before 6 hours to 24 hours from the time of Decoration Delivery, a 50% amount will be refunded.
Less than 6 hours before the time of Decoration Delivery: No Refund on Cancellation.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines's Week, 12th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December, and 1st January, or any other special days for Special Packages.
In the event of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other demonstration of God, Only Reschedule will be engaged and No Cancellation will be finished. Transitory item(s) won't be discounted/dropped/rescheduled.
It takes 7-10 working days in a refund for the original payment method and 24 hr for the Celebration Management wallet.
