Need To Know
* The pictures shown here are of the original setup and the same would be done at your place.
* The time you select is the Completion Time (the time by which you want the decorations to be completed).
* Your Personal Details will be taken to process your order.
* You have to provide a stool or Ladder for the Decorator to place Balloons on the ceiling.
* In case of any complaint, you have to notify us within 1 hour after the completion of decoration.
* Please note some add-ons might not be available for same-day bookings. Please confirm the availability at 8130155024.

Cancellation Policy
* If you cancel your order before 24 hours from the time of Decoration Delivery, the 80% amount will be refunded.
* If You Cancel your order before 6 hours to 24 hours from the time of Decoration Delivery, a 50% amount will be refunded.
* Less than 6 hours before the time of Decoration Delivery: No Refund on Cancellation.
* No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines's Week, 12th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December, and 1st January, or any other special days for Special Packages.
* In the event of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other demonstration of God, Only Reschedule will be engaged and No Cancellation will be finished. Transitory item(s) won't be discounted/dropped/rescheduled.
* It takes 7-10 working days in a refund for the original payment method and 24 hr for the Celebration Management wallet.
